World Cagefighting Championships is proud to announce that they are returning to the Lehigh Valley for a live MMA Event on October 9th, 2010 at Ag Hall in Allentown, PA. “Brawl In The Hall” is featuring the best pro and amateur fighters from the Lehigh Valley, along with some of the best fighters from around the world.

The Main Event features two former UFC heavyweights fighting for the WCC World Heavyweight Championship. Carmelo Marrero (12-3) from Harleysville, PA, will be facing Razak Al-Hassan from Milwaukee, WI (10-2) for the vacant WCC Heavyweight Belt. Marrero, who has a victory over Cheick Kongo in the UFC, is fighting in his home state of Pennsylvania for the first time.

Local Pro fighters scheduled to appear are Scott Heckman from Bangor, Pat Russo from Allentown, Jeff Morber from Lehigh Valley, and George Glykas will be making his first area appearance as a pro.

Bill Bookwalter out of Lancaster will be making his pro debut on the show representing Blackman MMA. Boris Rakita, Terrill Leach, and Corey Murray will also be reping Blackman MMA out of Harrisburg, PA.

Matt Breiner, Dave Versuk, Andy Beil, and Tom Pasquierello will be fighting and representing the Ratt Pack out of Palmerton, PA. Rick Umstead, James Rivers, Jose Delarosa will be representing LVIRK from Catasauqua. Chris Pintado, Nolan Wisser, and John Holland will be fighting and representing Tiger Schulmann’s out of Allentown.

Owen Breininger, a former Lehigh U. linebacker will fighting again for WCC, and Harry Dickey from Bangor is scheduled to make his WCC debut.
